Sustainability is an investment in the future. The continual improvement of our environmental standards is therefore one of our primary aims. We are working systematically to save water and energy, cut down on raw material consumption and waste and minimise emissions through the use of the best available technology.

The success of these endeavours is documented in our environment declaration and honoured by the environment award presented to us in 2005 by the Baden-Württemberg state authority.

Our ISO 14001 compliant eco-management system, our participation in EMAS (European Eco-Management and Audit Scheme) and our regular company eco-inspections as well as an Energy management system according to ISO 16001 ensure continuous, systematic monitoring of our environmental performance.
